Green Button Go® software and SiLA (Standardization in Lab Automation) integration with KNIME enables automating and digitizing scientific laboratories. This video shows how Green Button Go software with KNIME workflow can automatically retrieve and analyze microplate data in a simple environment for end-to-end integration making it easy to move and share data. With the demonstrated integration, we enable lab scientists to streamline analyses by building reproducible workflows to automatically retrieve their data, contextualize the data, and carry out computations e.g. dose-response relationship.
