Designed to proactively maintain and decrease down-time of integrated systems and platforms, Biosero’s hardware agnostic and flexible approach to automation is matched with multi-vendor instrumentation and workcell service agreements. Proactive planned maintenance, remedial repairs, and unlimited technical support are included in all plan types, with extra services and bundles offered at the premium tier.

BIOSERO PREMIUM SYSTEMS SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Unlimited phone support
  • On-site repairs— includes labor, travel and spare parts
  • Six-hour phone response, excluding evenings, weekends and holidays
  • 24 to 72-hour on-site response time, excluding evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Planned maintenance performed annually
  • Complimentary consultations and discounted rates for integration support services and system relocations services
  • Annual new user robot refresher training

BIOSERO BASIC SYSTEMS SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Unlimited phone support
  • On-site repairs— includes labor, and travel
  • Eight-hour phone response, excluding evenings, weekends and holidays
  • 48 to 72-hour on-site response time, excluding evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Planned maintenance performed annually

DEPOT SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Unlimited phone support
  • Depot repairs—  includes inspection, labor and spare parts
Software and Systems agreement bundle pricing available when purchasing concurrent Premium level service agreements.
