We ensure that our team knows the ins and outs of robots and other tools commonly used in lab integrations through training sessions and certifications. We want to make sure we are well-versed in supporting this equipment so that we can handle it quickly to minimize impact on our customers when a problem arises.
For example, we have a strong relationship with Precise Automation, a pioneer in the global automation industry. Their robotics arms are among the most popular pieces of equipment we install and support, and we are continually impressed by their quality and performance.
Through our collaboration with Precise Automation, the Biosero service team undergoes extensive training and is certified to support, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all Precise arms — regardless of who originally installed them. Our service team has a collective 16 years of experience working with these arms, which allows us to deliver an even better experience for our customers. After spending so much time honing our technical skills to support these arms, we could probably take them apart and put them back together in our sleep!
