Head of Creative, Brand, and Content Marketing (San Diego, CA)

Biosero, Inc. is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company focused on Life Science automation. We are looking for a talented, hands-on Head of Creative, Brand, and Content Marketing passionate about storytelling. You will lead the strategy and execution for creative, brand, and content marketing in this role. In addition to being an incredible designer, this role requires superior project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Our team is passionate about our mission to enable discoveries in life science by coupling our software platforms with data and robotics.   • Design and produce captivating graphics and content for marketing campaigns, the website, and sales activities, including email copy, case studies, blog articles, press releases, presentation decks, display advertising, and other promotional materials.
  • Create and implement highly creative and strategic creative solutions across multiple channels, including digital, print, and video
  • Establish strategic and compelling content across multiple social and digital platforms by leveraging creative visual concepts
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including agency and contractor management
  • Achieve the brand’s objectives, providing strategic and creative recommendations and offering new ideas, concepts, and designs to drive new business opportunities continuously
  • Establish and maintain vital operational processes and systems to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality, high volume content on time


  • B.S. in Graphic Design or related field
  • 10+ years’ creative experience, preferably with a start-up or rapidly growing organization
  • 5+ years of experience in the life sciences or biotech industry, with an adept ability to make complex information accessible
  • A skillful, creative eye with experience developing and evolving brand strategies
  • Project Management experience with mid and long-term projects
  • Extensive experience with Abode Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Keen understanding of digital/online experiences
  • Proven experience in a strategic role working collaboratively and independently to drive results
  • Highly adaptable and independent. Ability to function in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong critical thinking, initiative, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving projects to completion. Outstanding attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to details, editing and proofing skills, communication skills – both verbal and written, and an ability to manage outside agencies
